Happy New Year to all of you!

JSON Editor Online has seen a steady growth in usage over the past year. Thanks for all your support and feedback! We worked hard to make the application more and more useful. Here an overview of what we did this year:

• Implemented a login and subscription, offering an alternative to ads, and coming with more extras.
• Implemented many improvements in the JSON repair functionality.
• Implemented smart formatting: formatting documents in a more compact but readable way.
• Implemented support for two new query languages: JSON Query and JSONPath. JSON Query will be the base for a better, richer Query Wizard that we plan to implement coming year.
• Implemented a solution that keeps history when switching mode, so you can’t accidentally lose your history anymore.
• Implemented search and replace in table mode.
• Migrated the blog from WordPress to AstroJS to make it faster and better.
• Fixed many small bugs, making the editor work more smoothly.

Next year, we’ll keep developing the web application further. Suggestions for improvements are always welcome!
